Founder and CEO, Matt Jones, discovered the answer when he designed the first generation of our Virtual Office technology in 2002. A web site that allowed him to connect with customers early in their search and help them find what they need -- before they were overwhelmed with a blitz of ads, postcards, emails, and phone calls from agents.

Everyone said it would never work. But within two years, FavoriteAgent.com had grown to become the largest brokerage in our local market. During that time, we began licensing our Virtual Office technology to agents around the world. Our extraordinary growth caught the eye of major media outlets, including CNN, who visited our office and profiled FavoriteAgent.com as "changing the face of real estate".
